The Darrell Chair

This highly styled chair is named after Washington DC antique dealer Darrell Dean (no relation) but who has a really unique eye. We have covered the chair in silk and added nickel finish thumbnail details. The chair fits comfortable under a dining chair but is also a good desk chair. This is the chair that I use in my own home. You can see this chair on www.goredean.com or contact me directly at Deborah@goredean.com

THE CARLTON DINING CHAIR

The Carlton Dining Chair has the feel of a luxury car. It is meant for people who stay at the table long after dinner. It also makes a great conference chair. The chair requires 4 yards of material. We show it here with two yards of velvet inside and two yards of belgian linen on the outside. An additional nailhead trim can be added for $120.00. We bring it down the back and into a greek key at the lower arm. The chair is available six weeks after receipt of the customer's material. W: 23"  D: 20"  H: 36". Made in America!!

THE MARBURY SOFA

The Marbury Sofa is my favorite piece in the line. It is inspired by the designs of the 1940's by William Haines and the other greats of that time who designed for ease of comfort and clean line. The prototype is 84" long, 36" deep and 38" high. I put a down wrapped poly fill seat in so that you don't have to push yourself out of the sofa. But all cushion types are available as well as all lengths. The 84" inch length requires 17 yards of material and the sofa takes 6 weeks from receipt of fabric. It is made in America, as is our entire line. For every 3" of length added to the sofa, increase the yardage by a yard.  There is a chair that matches the sofa and an oversized ottoman that can be used in lieu of a coffee table.

This sofa is also available from RE STEELE Antiques in East Hampton, Long Island as well as through our web site at www.goredean.com.  Contact me with any questions or special arrangements, Deborah@goredean.com.

The COCO X Bench

This was the first inspiration for a new line of furniture designed especially for GORE DEAN.  Named after the legendary stylist herself, this bench comes in gold leaf or silver leaf with the customers' choice of fabric. 1.5 yards. We carry it in stock in a gold hemp and a deep brown velvet. There is also a screen that carries the same design element. The bench can be ordered from

www.goredean.com or contact deborah@goredean.com.
